AWC Systems Technology’s 2010 product brochure was quite an adventure to produce. Short on time and short on sleep, we were able to pull this catalog production through in under 3 weeks! Lots of thanks go out to many in the industry. JP Freelance manned the video and still camera’s (and provided great post production help on the photos as well), Scottsdale Gun Club provided range time, Bulletproof Securities provided their Armet Gurkha, as well as outdoor range for the shoot, and AWC of course provided the models, product, and helicopter! The catalog has proven to speak perfectly to AWC’s client base, as AWC is already in their third reprint. It has been the most popular AWC catalog to date!

SGC Tactical offers a unique set of benefits and expertise to its clients not found anywhere else in the industry, but just saying that in an ad wasn’t enough. So SGC Tactical dug through the long list of testimonials they’ve received over the years and found Chief Macagni’s kind words. He was then kind enough to forward us over pics of some of the gear in use! This ad will be featured in the May 2010 issue of Small Arms Review Magazine.

As with many new product launches, a teaser ad was necessary to generate buzz without giving away too much information. SWAT Magazine was chosen for the initial teaser ad. The ad’s goal was to drive people to the website so they can learn more about this new product from US PALM, the AK30. The website was designed to only give a small hint as to what exactly the product will look like, with the rest of the buzz being talked about in industry forums. Without giving away too much information, the ad boasted the product being #1, Made in the USA and #2, 30 points for the user. Once visiting the website, the user realized the “points” they were getting were actually rounds. Why is this a big deal? Because finally the AK crowd has a modern day quality magazine that counts towards their US made parts count on their AK-47.

Hot off the press! Look for the final AK30 product launch late October. I’m very excited to be a part of all of US PALM’s (Primary Armament Logistical Manufacturing) upcoming product launches. Not only was their marketing material a fun project, I got to do some great T&Eing on some cool stuff! Teaser ad is also now running in SWAT magazine.

Nivisys Industries is a leader in night vision and thermal imaging development but their website was seriously lacking to say the least. They needed a website that accurately and professionally displayed their product, while enforcing the fact that they are a manufacturer of many of their products. This is an important goal since they have many competitors that only pretend to have the manufacturing capabilities that Nivisys has. A slight logo modification was also necessary to carry through with this new mission. There is a need for Nivisys employees to be able to edit and update their web pages right away, using in-house employees, from any place in the world. So Nivisys.com was designed with a Content Management System allowing them to do just that. They can change specs, update news, and add show dates all in one place while limiting access to key employees.

Daniel Defense manufactures some of the finest rifle parts (and now complete rifles) for military, law enforcement, and civilian shooters. We were extremely pleased to design Daniel Defense’s catalog for the second year in a row! The quality of their product is highly reflected in 2009’s product catalog design. SGCUSA.com logo had to resemble the feeling of SGC’s other established division, their Tactical Division. SGCUSA.com is a web based retailer selling what we like to refer to as “Essentials for the Dedicated American.”

Specialty Ammunition was formed from avid machine gun shooters. They filled a void in the market and that was to supply machine gun shooters with high quality ammunition, including tracer and tracer incendiary ammo. Here is their logo, business card and letterhead design.

Scottsdale Gun Club’s Tactical Division logo is a timeless classic. Since it’s creation it has been used in a TON of merchandising and marketing opportunities. Hell, it’s even been straight ripped off by others! Yes, we’re flattered.

ICU provides high end security & detection systems for homes and businesses. Design work included logo design, business card design, yard signs, security sign design, panel stickers, and most recently - vehicle wraps!
